About us

One brand. One valley.

We are an independent repair outfit working built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration in Issaquah. Not a dispatch board that sends whoever is free — the same small group of technicians runs every call on this route.

What we do

Sealed-system diagnostics under gauges, evaporator and defrost faults, control boards, door and gasket work, ice production problems and dual-zone wine storage. Classic and Designer series, integrated columns, undercounter drawers and panel-ready installations.

What we do not do

We do not service twelve other brands. We do not quote a repair over the phone without seeing the unit, because a guess that becomes a different number on the day is how people end up feeling cheated. And nothing gets opened up before you have agreed a price.

How pricing works

A $89 service call covers the visit and the full assessment. Approve the repair and it comes straight off the total. Parts are quoted as the model-specific component, never a universal substitute that fails again in eight months.

How a job runs

Three steps, no surprises

  1. The call

Model number off the door frame and a plain description of the fault. Half the time that alone narrows it to two or three components, which means the right parts are already on the van.

  2. The diagnostic

Cabinet and evaporator temperatures logged, defrost circuit and fans tested, sealed system read under gauges when the numbers point that way. You get the cause, not a shortlist.

  3. The repair

Priced and agreed before anything is opened up. Model-specific parts, not universal substitutes, and the unit is run back to spec with the readings shown to you before we leave.

Next step

Get it looked at properly

A $89 service call, credited in full against an approved repair. Gauges where they are needed and a firm price before anything is opened up. Issaquah and the wider I-90 corridor, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days.
